business or role-based needs. The customized course can be delivered
at the client's location-of-choice or in Orlando (Maximum capacity
= 10 participants). Per-day pricing includes 10 laptops preloaded
with the training database, manuals for up to 10 students and one
instructor. Additional fees include instructors travel, lodging and
per diem.
Deltek Open Plan Advanced
Designed for experienced Deltek Open Plan users, this course details
the use of Hierarchical resource files, Advanced Resource Techniques,
Risk Analysis, Multi-project processing, and Costing, all to analyze
the feasibility of a project. Once this has been established, heavy
use is made of Sorts, Filters, and Calculated Fields to facilitate
Custom Reporting.
Deltek Open Plan Basic
This course provides participants with an overview of Deltek Open
Plan Professional and instruction on how to use the tool on a day-to-day
basis. Topics include: creating projects and ancillary files, using
and customizing standard reports, navigating through the system, progressing
activities and resources, and managing resources and costs. Considerable
emphasis is placed on using a top-down WBS approach to critical path
and earned value techniques in order to plan, execute, and manage
change within a project environment.
Deltek Cobra Basic
This course provides participants with an overview of Deltek Cobra
and instruction on how to use the tool on a day-to-day basis. Students
will learn how to master the theories and techniques of cost/schedule
control systems. They will also be instructed in the budgeting, forecasting,
and reporting capabilities of Cobra.
Mastering Deltek Cobra
Designed for experienced Deltek Cobra users, this course presents
many of the advanced features of Deltek Cobra. Exercises focus on
multi-program operations, Import/Export, Deltek Open Plan/Deltek Cobra
integration, batch reporting and processing, using SQL commands in
Deltek Cobra, and Weekly Earned Value processing and Apportionment.
